2008 - 2009 MIHOA SEMINAR INFORMATION Springfield ILL contact Bob Jones Springfield MO contact Al Valdavia Jeff City MO contact Chuck Sullivan Lunch included @ all Maryville University seminars REGISTRATION INFORMATION Registrations will be accepted starting Friday July 25, 2008 @ 9:30AM Registrations for each seminar will close 2 days prior to the date of that seminar Level 1 Seminars are for FIRST TIME officials or returning officials who have/will apply for Level 1 status online with USA Hockey Level 2 Seminars are for returning officials who are eligible for and have already applied or will apply for Level 2 status online with USA Hockey Level 3 Seminars are for returning officials who are eligible for and have already applied or will apply for Level 3 status online with USA Hockey Level 4 Seminars are for returning officials who are eligible for and have already applied or will apply for Level 4 status online with USA Hockey Please read very carefully all registration information/instructions on both the USA Hockey website and the MIHOA registration pages prior to selecting your seminar.
